Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro for coworking in a kanban board, as well as Product definition, metrics and user flows. I also use it for product benchmarks, A/B test definitions, navigation flows, events definitions, instrumentation flows, funnels, North Start Metric definition, and also for creating internal workflows in collaboration with other coworkers.

Pros

  • Collaboration with other users
  • Useful templates
  • Aesthetically atractive

Cons

  • Kanban Boards don't have as many features as other specific tools
  • I don't really understand the reactions feature
  • I don't understand the estimations feature
  • Improved productivity and self-efficiency
  • Helped product definition
  • Allows coworking with partners
Miro is great for coworking remotely. I first used Miro in a 100% remote organization and it was completely useful for developing projects. On my current organization, which is hybrid, I consider Miro as a totally must-have tool that allows collaboration between remote workers, but it's also useful for presential workers.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is really appropiate for coworking with colleagues, really useful for inspiration, designing workflows, strategy, planning, and very useful for scrum sessions such as sprint reviews or retrospectives.

It is probably not that useful for technical work, such as creating presentations, analyzing data or formulating. For that, Office tools are the key.
