Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro to design workflows and outline processes for shared understanding across teams. It has been instrumental in reducing anxiety and concerns for team members taking on additional responsibilities. I can easily draft a process, ask for live feedback, address any confusion and update it for quick adoption. It has been a game changer for cross-functional teams and efficiency in change management!

The implementation was a snap! It easily integrates into Slack, Google and my browser. My IT team was not concerned with its use because it is a web based system and doesn't pose a privacy risk for us. In terms of training, it was very easy to learn using the help center and trial and error. In sum, it was an incredibly easy implementation!
Integrating in with Slack and other tools has been very easy. I can see when updates are made or feedback is provided in real time. Very simple and I haven't experienced any bugs.
It is great! Working with a German speaking region using visual materials is a game changer! It really reduces the amount of words needed and confusion.

I think Miro is perfectly suited for designing and communicating cross-functional processes and workflows. It provides a very easy way to visually communicate and establish a shared understanding as well as source of truth. I have also really enjoyed the Miro platform to assist in brainstorming and collaboration sessions with all sizes of teams.
