Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I really enjoy using Miro for brainstorms. It's very user-friendly and makes it easy for me to pull a lot of research together and markup visuals. I use it often for research projects where it's helpful to synthesize a lot of different inputs. I'll also use it to show flows and improved states for different experiences. I like being able to bring a Miro board to a meeting where I'm presenting an early stages idea.
  • Creating an expansive mood board/ research board
  • Showing a flow/journey map
  • Easy onboarding for new users
  • Bringing in text. Miro is great for marking something up, but sometimes I want to incorporate a longer text piece and I haven't found a great way to do that yet
  • Using arrows to show a flow can be tricky
  • Being able to quickly change the size of a group of things
  • It's made it a lot easier to reference inspiration for projects and draw back on that regularly (versus screenshots saved on my desktop)
  • Makes discovery/brainstorming go a lot faster
Definitely. Since Miro is pretty intuitive, it makes it easy for new users to get acclimated with its basic functions quickly.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is great for when you need to pull a lot of visual references together and share that with a group. There are options to include larger portions of text, but that's not yet the strong suit.
