Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro when we wish to collaborate in a brainstorming or white board session with individuals both internally and externally across multiple organizations. Miro addresses the problem of remote collaboration. It allows us to effectively organize and execute a white board session via a virtual meeting. It saves costs by not having to fly everyone in for collaboration.
- Allows multiple people to edit simultaneously on the same board
- We use the sticky notes a lot and everyone can get a different color to help organize their thoughts
- Different templates are available so you don't have to start from scratch
- There is no size limit. So, the board can be as large as you need. We've mapped out an entire customer journey.
- You can add images.
- Sometimes I get off the board and it is not always easy to get back. I have to enlist the help of the organizer to get me back to where I need to be
- If someone else picks a color of the sticky notes. It would be nice to have that color disabled so everyone has a unique color.
- It would be nice to assign a name to a sticky note color so that we you review in the future, you know who said what.
- Reduced travel costs
- Improved productivity across remote teams
It improves our collaboration especially when others are remote and the meetings are virtual
