Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It helps me scale my account management tactics, all in one place. Allowing the seamless ability for others to collaborate when needed, helps us remain unfragmented on how we deliver our clients business outcomes at fast paces. It also integrates incredibly well with WebEx, allowing us to plugin directly into the app.

Incredibly easy to get going and integrate. The licensing can be expensive for larger teams, would love to see some changes there. Was super easy to implement into our current software, like WebEx.
Have only integrated with one app but it was incredibly seamless and easy to complete.
It allows us to share one main document and collaborate live, both during meetings and when working collectively on one project. The ability to add media and files that we need, there are minimal restrictions on what can be added to your Miro board. The ability to choose who to share with and what they can input makes the experience awesome as well.

Have not looked at other collaboration solutions like Miro outside of WebEx whiteboards. Miro is on another planet.
Well suites - larger groups, hybrid workforce, collaboration with outside counsel/ clients. Marketing groups, collecting documents in one place.
Less appropriate - small groups not geologically segmented. Business with minimal needs for collaboration. Low complexity in business operations. Low tech office and minimal collaboration equipment and licensed programs.
