Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to collaborate across teams to design and document ideas in order to jointly share ideas and make decisions. We are able to document ideas in real-time and let everyone work at their own pace until decisions are made. This has been extremely beneficial as most projects require input from many areas within the organization and geographically.
  • The ability to work on the same design at the same time as others.
  • Ability to share and edit as needed.
  • The templates are extremely useful.
  • Internal desktop versions are glitchy sometimes.
  • Hard copies could be much easier to share.
  • Sometimes a buggy interface when multiple people working on one item.
  • Quicker decisioning.
  • More collaboration.
  • Improved productivity.
The impact of collaboration has been extremely positive. This seems to be the first option when people need to collaborate and it has been easy to spin up new documentation and whiteboards. This has also made it easy to share the spaces in order to increase collaboration. The adoption rate has been quick as well.

Yes

Great for collaboration, but when designing something to be used for a presentation, it would not be the best option. When you are collaborating with others, it is a near-perfect tool to design and flesh out ideas. When you know the final version you want to see and share, it is not always the best option.
