Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is a collaborative online whiteboard platform that we can work together in real time.
In our organization we're using Miro to design our apps or flow together with project planning as well, but not limited to that. It also depends on our requirement such as Brainstorming or sharing idea and visualization our concepts. That we can create a diagram, mind maps, and other visual that we need.
In Miro you can also create a mockup design or prototyping our products, it supports creations of user flow and other design artifacts.

Pros

  • We do brainstorming and prototyping our People Directory Apps in Miro
  • We plan some project timelines, task, deadline in Miro as well
  • Agile or Scrum Process

Cons

  • When your board become very large, you will face some degradation performance such as slow loading
  • Offline mode is very limited as it will need internet
  • Increasing version history
  • Improve productivity
  • Improve collaboration and communications
  • Enhance creativity
  • Learning curve
  • Integrations challenges
  1. Define your objectives, you need to define of if you want to use it as project planning, collaboration tools, or another purpose
  2. Engage stakeholders, Involves key stakeholder from different teams early in implementation process
  3. Provide training and support, offer training sessions to introduce users about Miro features and functionalities
  4. Start with small first, then you can scale up or down, You need to set it as as pilot first with small team to test effectiveness
  5. encourage collaborations, encourage team to actively contribute, provide feedback, and engage in real time collaboration.

There should be so many apps that can be integrated in Miro but in our cases or organization we're still limited
Miro help us to collaborating and unite our team remotely in the real time, we can also visualizing our project in Miro.
With Miro can conduct of idea and brainstorming that crucial in our team, because most of our team working remotely.
