Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro extensively across our organization. It helps us manage Kanban boards for task tracking, facilitates collaborative ideation for new product features, and supports agile ceremonies like retrospectives for team improvement. Additionally, Miro assists in visualizing workflows and processes within our system. Our solutions for logistics, routing, and product tracking benefit from Miro's ability to create clear visual representations that aid communication between collabs.
  • Collaborative interface.
  • Integration and compatibility.
  • Support and community.
  • Performance with large boards.
  • Advanced formatting options.
  • Improved search and organization.
  • Increased collaboration efficiency with enhanced kanban board creation.
  • accelerated decision-making in daily meetings.
We have remote team members and integrated branches across different cities. The development of new features is pivotal, and sharing ideas and progress through virtual boards has become so crucial that working without them is no longer viable for us. Miro's online whiteboard has significantly transformed our collaboration on new projects.

While Jira is a robust project management tool, its Kanban boards might lack the level of customization desired for specific team workflows. The flexibility to tailor Kanban boards extensively to match unique processes might be limited in Jira, which can sometimes hinder adaptability to diverse project needs, and Miro helps us in these cases. Figma's strength lies in its powerful design capabilities, but constructing mockups may require a certain level of UX/UI design knowledge. The platform caters more to design-specific tasks and might have a steeper learning curve for those not familiar with UX principles compared to Miro.
Perfect for brainstorming sessions, where our team starts from a virtual whiteboard and finishes with a good collaborative experience. Perfect for agile project planning and management, we can create and customize Kanban boards to fit the reality of each team. However, for large-scale projects, we have already faced performance issues that impacted usability.
