Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro mostly to share ideas with my team and to create wireframes for our digital content (websites, customer portals, etc.). It helps with organizing our ideas and working together. It works seamlessly and replaces all the other tools we used to take team notes (brainstorms) and to design web content drafts.
Pros
- Group brainstorms.
- Information architecture.
- Digital content wireframes.
- Mind mapping.
Cons
- It's not always easy to share boards with people outside of our team; It would be nice if we could easily manage sharing options without having to try many times.
- When I open a board I haven't used in a while, sometimes, elements in the board have disappeared or are hidden behind.
- When you zoom out, sometimes you lose some elements.
- I am able to show more accurate web page propositions to the leadership team.
- I don't have to involve designers or developers in the early stages of my projects.
- It improved productivity and teamwork with developers, designers, project managers, etc., when designing a new payment platform.
It's really easy to work as a team on a board, as you can see other people's modifications in real time. I also like that you can do mind maps or brainstorms without being in the same room. It's like being in a room with a whiteboard and working together, which is really helpful.
