Co-creation Ally
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
My organization primarily uses Miro for documentation and presenting our research findings. We also use it to develop tools for workshops and co-creation spaces since we work remotely. Miro helps us to deliver our workshops in a dynamic way, even with team members located in different countries. When we first began using Miro, we were looking for a tool that was easy to use and could help us present our work in an understandable way. This was especially important as our team was new and everyone worked remotely, including our main stakeholders.
Pros
- Giving template options
- Tools for workshops
- Project Management tools
- Documentation tools
Cons
- Sometimes there are some shapes that aren’t easy to implement or that are not preset
- Is not clear to identify when you have new functionalities and how them work
- Sometimes making pdfs doesn’t work
- Sometimes there are several connection with the server problems and you lose information
- Having templates for our deliverables that are easy to manage has helped us to improve our productivity
- Being crucial in the interaction between the team and in product discovery processes has helped us to achieve our goals
As I said before, for this point Miro has been crucial because our co-creation and education activities for the team depends on Miro. For this Miro has been an ally to help us getting connected and being able to have valuable spaces with stakeholders, mainly in product discovery phases.
