Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro to facilitate in person, hybrid and online workshops. I also use it for brainstorming new concepts with key business stakeholders. Sometimes we're also using it for interviewing teams on strategic objectives.
Pros
- It's the best online whiteboard solution I've found
- Real-time collaboration
- Managing team brainstorming during a workshop
Cons
- Structured BPMN whiteboards that could be exported in a BPMN format
- AI categorizations could be better at theming brainstorms
- Mapping of hierarchies (process modeling)
- It helped drive buy-in faster
- Sped up how quickly we were able to run workshops
- Made doing factory layouts faster
Tremendously. Miro was a critical business tool especially during covid.
Significantly better since its both more user friendly, and has way better collaborative functionality.
