Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it for collaboration or brainstorming events. When we can't get people together physically, we use Miro to facilitate large gatherings. I also use it for individual work on projects to help with visualization.

There were no key insights, but the support and training were great, and the in-app support was intuitive and helpful.
It has helped a lot. We are a large organization with several plants scattered around the country, and my direct team is also located all around the country. It has helped us stay connected and easily work with each other digitally without missing a beat.

We are consultants for several plants, so the most useful Miro has been is when we have to conduct events for different plants using the same template, and I can duplicate work that has already been done and transfer it elsewhere.
