Overall Satisfaction with Miro

In my organization we use Miro every day. It is a huge asset for research and ideation when it comes to problem solving. We use it to format our work in creative ways and keep us organized throughout our research process. We also organizational tools in Miro where you can bucket and tag the post its
  • Creates templates
  • Organizes information and findings
  • Collaboration
  • Slow loading times for jpegs and pngs
  • The size images are loaded in
  • A color wheel for post it’s
  • Common vision for project deliverables
  • Accountability of work
  • Helped meet deadlines and stay on task
It has helped us collaborate by staying on track. When given tasks each person will work independently next to each other. It is helpful to watch others work on Miro and see the progress they are making while they are sitting next to you. I would say that helps us stay on track.
I think Miro is easier to use for a first time user compared to Figma.

Miro is well suited for collaborative work and brainstorming. I think the times I’ve enjoyed it the most is when I can work with others at the same time and see what ideas they bring to the table. I think it is less appropriate for personal projects. It is helpful for formatting but I think the collaboration is why I enjoy it.
