Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Defining business problems, coming up with success metrics, change management activities, project planning, product visioning, project branding and naming workshops, training content mapping, and process mapping.
  • co-creation sessions
  • ideation
  • voting and convergence of ideas
  • making work fun
  • login and access controls
  • not always sure if I am making a document secure or not - access rites.
  • Create easy ways to pull in versions from other teams.
  • AI that creates some suggested templates in real-time - templates are great, but like sentence completion in some tools, having images being completed while building things could be cool.
  • Create ways to search at a meta-level. To include teams in searches. I often can't find the exact board I am searching for.
  • I would love the capability of surveying and seeing word clouds - like Mentimeter.
  • It would be good to integrate some AI, and I suspect that is either already there or on the way.
  • No benchmarks on these numbers - but increased productivity for sure.
  • There are no benchmarks on these numbers - but increased sales of projects due to the ability to collaborate.
I use it with Slack and its great to see who has access or updates.
Its been great for team building, imaging work, and especially for running client workshops.
I prefer Miro over all, but then will use certain tools for specific use cases: Lucid - process work Menti - interactive polling and facilitated sessions UserVoice - crowdsourcing Trello - kanban boards (although Miro is pretty good with this too) Slido - live polling and facilitations.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I love the tool and use it for so many things. It is not great for detailed process mapping. I tend to go to Lucidcharts for better process work.
