Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Primarily use Miro for:
-Brainstorm, collaboration sessions especially when part or all of the team is dispersed
-Collecting and documenting key processes for training or future enhancements
-Organizing project or annual team/individual goals
-Organizing requirements for new projects or statuses

The main challenges we face are how to connect teams that are remote and dispersed in a collaborative and easy to use digital workplace.
  • Visual representation
  • Brainstorming/whiteboarding
  • Process design/documentation
  • Recording of sessions within Miro
  • Easier management of team access
  • Enable collaboration of dispersed teams
  • Faster documentation of processes
Very easy to not only include remote and in person teams, but the set up of workshops and collaborative sessions is aided by the numerous templates and pre built exercises.
Miro is far more intuitive and has a better UI and control experience. I have found it much easier to share access in Miro than other tools.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Well suited for remote collaboration or process development. Less suited for final design or presentation design.

Again, I think the main benefits are connecting disparate or hybrid or remote collaborators in an easy to use and intuitive work space.

I think the built in presentation functionality is good for internal meeting but less polished or easy to navigate for more formal use
