Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Brain storming and putting together a business plan. I only used one page, which was pre populated by the company I affiliated with. So it was fairly confusing to figure out how it worked, but I finally figured out I needed to scroll side to side to navigate the different sections of setting up the business plan. I was mostly filling out the pre populated boxes, but found it difficult to edit those boxes. I had wished there were tabs like in excel for the different sections, so I wouldn’t have to scroll around to find where I left off.
  • Blank canvas
  • Many project boards
  • Lots of features
  • User friendly
  • Brief tutorials
  • Ease of access (labels or bookmarks)
  • A place to put my ideas down
  • Some organization
  • A flow for thoughts
Honestly, I would have preferred to work in Excel or Word only because I’m familiar with them. I don’t think I truly needed to use Miro, but it was the system provided by the company I was affiliating with. I’m certain that I was not using it to its full ability.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

No

Was using for the first time for brainstorming and building a business plan. Wasn’t super intuitive how to use it, and not easy to navigate or go back and find particular things. I’m not sure if this is because the project was set up poorly on Miro, or if it is always like that, but I would have liked more navigation options.
