Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is utilized in our organization for remote collaboration, that enables our teams to work together visually despite of location. It solves business problems by facilitating ideation, project planning, design collaboration & agile ceremonies. The scope of our use case including project management, planning, and training sessions. Miro's easy to use features support various teams to add creativity, teamwork, and productivity.
  • Miro does very good real time collaboration on a shared digital canvas, enables brainstorming sessions, design reviews & project planning meetings.
  • Miro gives a library of customizable templates for different use cases, including project management, design thinking, unique methodologies as well as planning.
  • I personally likes its flexible canvas that allow zoom in and out, pan across & create unlimited space for the content.
  • The search functionality with better navigation functions like bookmarks, zoom-to-fit options can be improved.
  • The mobile app experience is not as robust as the desktop version.
  • In larger boards & complex diagrams, the performance sometimes lag which slower response times & sometime it crashes.
  • It has enhanced our productivity and efficiency, which effected in faster project delivery & fast time-to-market.
  • By using Miro's project management has a 25% increase in team productivity.
  • Our annual employee engagement survey showing a 30% increase in satisfaction scores since using the platform.

Miro has greatly improved our organization's collaboration on new projects by collaborating remote persons & teams across various locations. Its centralized online whiteboard platform breaks down geographical boundaries, gives real-time collaboration & communication. With Miro, brainstorming sessions & project planning meetings have become more dynamic & inclusive for creativity and innovation. The platform's flexibility made it to tailor each project's different requirements, whether its creating visual roadmaps & organizing tasks with Kanban boards.

Miro has very helpful for our remote team collaboration, giving a virtual space for brainstorming & planning in real time, anywhere team members are located. Our design team loves using Miro for collaborative sketching and prototyping, that is easy to share ideas together and receive feedback from stakeholders. The project management, Miro's customizable templates have been a ready to use for fast planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand ups. Miro helping us align on goals and engage participants creatively.

Miro is less suitable where self hosted platform solutions are preferable by organizations.
