Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I work in a disability service as a ops manager. I use this to develop Process Maps, Flowcharts, Organizational Structures, Visual Tables, Workshops, interactive boards for strategy and planning and also fun ice breakers. We utilized Miro effectively during COVID when all our labour force was working remotely. With our current hybrid model this is great for national workshops or strategy planning.
  • Process maps and flowchart tools
  • Interactive abilities
  • presentation and interactive capabilities
  • customizing fonts or utilizing a wider range of fonts
  • More AI features
  • Subscription price - i can use Canva for the same price and get 500% more features and utility.
  • Clear business rules that didn't exist
  • building new teams from scratch and mapping out responsibilities
  • Increase productivity when strategically planning with remote teams.
Miro provided a great platform to bring our company together over COVID and lockdowns.

Working from home has been made possible as a national manager due to the ease and accessibility that Miro provides. As we are located in all states of Australia and with travel restrictions this was an absolute necessary way for our company to productively plan and work.
Canva has the same subscription price but provides graphic templates, marketing templates, similar whiteboard templates and far more superior AI capabilities.

I have stopped my Miro subscription because of these reasons and I would be happy to re-engage with Miro if similar features were added but being a single use application isn't going to be competitive against applications that give you more for the same price.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

No

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

No

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

No

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

No

Its a fantastic tool especially if you work remotely or have to engage in a multitude of different teams. As a national manager this has been really valuable for me however with workforce returning to the office I wouldn't see the demand for this being as warranted as it once was as purely an interactive whiteboard.
