- Not very friendly on adding tickets in collaboration
- Very messy when you have 10+ people participating on the same topic on Miro
- Not be able to restore the original copy if certain parts were touched accidentally by others

in my organisation Miro is a well known must use product from top down to front line. It does provide clarity on business processes. If you know how to use it properly, it will be a great tool on many field. The challenge is the stability of zooming. It might be too easy to zoom that sometimes it zooms in a way you do not want
Also it is too easy to move/drag designed coloured areas in collaboration sessions which if it happens all users will be impacted ( such as delete certain things by accident )
