Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We have used Miro at our company. It addresses the problem we had in brainstorming ideas, discussing architecture problems, and reviewing our projects. Miro has a really amazing interface, and we have created so many ideas. It has also helped our team raise productivity. Overall, we are happy with it when we are in a collaborative setting.

Pros

  • Powerful digital whiteboard that is really important in our work scheme.
  • It provide solutions for workers setting remotely, it has many functionalities.
  • We were impressed with app integrations like Jira that made our work easier.

Cons

  • It could be pretty expensive for a small sized company.
  • Some coworkers are not used to this product, they needed additional training.
  • Could improve it documentation features.
  • it has improved our efficiency by a considerable amount regarding communications.
  • It has augmented our productivity easing our project manager reports.
  • It has been a really great platform for brainstorming ideas.
We have many people with licenses to administer and implement Miro successfully, so it has been easy to integrate it into our work schedule and projects.
It has been really easy to integrate within our work scheme, and regarding the business use cases, it has been perfect for us to get a product that is intuitive and easy to integrate. We all use Miro in our company, and we have benefited from it.
We have benefited from this tool because we have several remote workers, and it has been easy to communicate than our project description and progress using this tool. Whenever we encounter issues in a project, we can brainstorm ideas together. Thanks to this fantastic product, we are overall happy with this product's performance.

Miro is great for a medium-big company like a corporate one because it has many efficient features set for big scheme companies. It could help manage budgets for the IT/ Help Desk sections. However, I find it less appropriate for a startup company where the budget could be limited and personal.
