Overall Satisfaction with Miro

quick collaboration, ability for multiple people to sketch and see multiple iterations at once. Sketches and comments on ideas. Presentation and creating presentations. Creating project standards.

Pros

  • Allowing multiple people to sketch and interact at the same time
  • Holding a ton of information, large space
  • Alerting to comments

Cons

  • Presentation slides are difficult to keep in order, especially when PDFd
We have teams spread out amongst multiple offices, and this collaboration has made it really quick and easy to hop on a call and draw together. It also creates the ability to hold all of the iterations along the design process to keep track for any new members hopping on the team or for storytelling. It's a great tool for remote collaboration in creative fields.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

It is a lot simpler to have everyone go on to a Miro board for a meeting, rather than having one person share their screen and give annotation abilities to one person at a time. It really streamlines internal conversations and helps when working with remote teams. Great for compiling information and onboarding new people into project teams. It is not great for creating a standardized presentation and you cannot truly create a presentation template or real sizes.
