Overall Satisfaction with Miro

To share information on weekly projects and as a visual tool in meetings. It provides a central location where we can access all of the content and information required for the week as well as allowing us to comment on or adjust data that needs changing.

Pros

  • The comment system
  • Multiple editors
  • Instant updates for any changes made

Cons

  • The UI is a little difficult to navigate at first. I spent far too long looking for a postit note
  • Moving around the page could be a little easier. I often accidentally drag content
  • Reduced workload on senior members as they are no longer needed to pass out some information.
  • Quicker response times for queries.
  • Less reliance on one communication app.
The controls took a little getting used to but it worked well overall
It has made the whole process a lot more streamlined and provides easy access to content to all of our users across the country.
Miro works well as a supplement to Slack as it covers the gaps in Slack's functionality

It is great for meetings as you can lay out all of your talking points for everyone to see and comment on before and during the meeting. It helps get everyone's point across and prevents anything from being overlooked. The other use case for us is to host all of the content for the week, meaning we can easily view video content, download projects or leave helpful feedback for other users.t
