Miro, my right hand.
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is central to my business processes. We use Miro as a single source of truth for our project, to run creative workshops, or to place ideas visually so that we can ascertain what makes sense. Miro's array of templates makes it super simple to use; if you have a general idea of what you want, there is a template. Personally, Miro has replaced Trello, Notion, and so many other apps, as I simply prefer to have it to centralize the way I work. And if you are a visual person, I am sure you will make it too.
Pros
- Templates for new users.
- Simple tools for workshop facilitations.
- Easy to integrate with other organizational tools (Google Meet, Slack).
Cons
- Miro is not the main source of information on how to best use Miro.
- Some menus are hard to find if you are not seasoned.
- There should be better tutorials for medium advanced users.
- Accelerated Workshop results.
- Quicker ROI on the APP cost.
- Improved productivity.
Miro helps us collaborate on projects with its various integrated features and live information updates. The fact that we can have activities created on Google Meet calls or share information in Slack guarantees that we are mostly up to speed simultaneously. For my team and me, the workshop features are the most helpful.
