Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro as a collaborative tool to store in the same space everyone's thoughts and actions. Mostly for workshops were we have several people, many ideas and we need to narrow down.

We are a hybrid company so some of the employees are working somewhere else and it helps all of us work collaboratively as if we were working in the same space.

Pros

  • Digital Whiteboard
  • Post its and structure of ideas
  • User friendly
  • Follow presenter mode

Cons

  • Specific Templates for most commun use cases
  • Easier spotting of ideas when in a big matrix
  • Different post it shapes
  • Improve productivity
  • Easier connectivity
  • Reduced organization/management time
  • Fast collaboration
It has significantly allowed us to work online. Our company is not located in the same city so half of the team works remotely. Having a space where we can all work as if we were all under the same roof, improves collaboration and saves time and costs when preparing workshops or general sessions where everyone needs to participate.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is well suited as a collaborative tool in an online environment. It also makes it easier to have everything in digital and avoid the loss of information that could happen if we still used old school methods and write everything into normal post its. It also helps in tracking ideas, create a path or link different sections.

Miro can be a bit less appropriate for big volumes of data or sharing sessions as it becomes a bit more slow and it's hard to go through all the different building blocks
