Overall Satisfaction with Miro
As a an email marketer, I use Miro to map customer journeys and communications flows, as well as to wireframe emails and create briefs. We also use it to review and annotate creatives and ideate new directions, as well as provide easy visualisations and examples of new journeys for support teams.

- More icons/emojis
- Ability to save 'snippets' or colour schemes regularly used
- Improved productivity in email marketing
I mainly use it solo and then share or present the outcomes with others - it's great for this. I've not done actual collaboration in a board much
