Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro every single day for a ton of different business problems. It helps us plan and communicate our team principles and objectives for each quarter. We use it to conduct and compile user research, both internally and with clients. We even use it in our company-wide, all-hands meeting as a presentation tool.
Pros
- And it's so easy to use! The templates help you get started quickly
- The new AI beta tool helps process notes and research so fast!
- The UI is so intuitive. It really is one of the best work tools out there.
- And the effort Miro puts into developing products that are useful for their users is fantastic. You can really feel the benefit in day-to-day use.
Cons
- I'd love to be able to turn the notes taken on the new beta tool into stickies easily.
- Sometimes Miro can be a bit slow, either to load, or once you're in a board and that can be frustrating. It happens juuuust enough to make me think of it now, but not often enough to detract from the usability.
- Massive reduction in time to complete user research compilation. Normally summarising user research took ages, and the new notes AI tool means I can get everything summarised within 30 minutes after the client meeting. And all in Miro – I don't have to jump into a thousand tools! It's a massive help!
It helps massively with collaborating with my team members in a remote work space. We use it across all phases of a project, but Miro is particularly useful when you need to communicate initial ideas, to kick off projects, or to plan for the quarter. Miro helps you get everyone on the same pages in a visual and interactive way that docs or slides just can't do.
