Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro allows me to conduct virtual workshops and coaching sessions with my clients - in group or 1:1 settings. The collaborative online interface guarantees maximum overview and interaction and there are many options to beautifully illustrate the process.

  • possibility to have frames in other forms than rectangular
  • Better integration of custom design elements like pictures or AI-generated content (it should be possible to connect these naturally to other shapes)

I have used Miro from the start of my business and was able to directly implement and develop my workshop and coaching overviews and templates in the tool. The only thing that I have not yet fully settled is the sorting/structuring of the various boards in my space (right now, it's just a long list that I scroll through to find the respective board).
It is now possible to deliver my products fully remote. Before using Miro, this was not possible to a satisfactory degree. This is also a benefit for my clients, as I can host workshops reuniting workers from multiple sites of my client. This enhances my value proposition vis-à-vis my customers, who themselves often are not familiar with Miro and this type of online collaboration.

I have also developed personal templates in my corporate branding that provides a unique environment for my customers corresponding to my company's appearance and values. While there are features and templates for task and data management, this is better done outside of Miro.
