I like it...
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use it for process mapping and collaborating with remote team workers.
I find it useful for brainstorming and workshopping ideas. I can easily move ideas or add visuals to ideas to stitch together a concept.
Probably don't use the integrations enough, which appear powerful but need to spend some time on this.

Pros
- process mapping
- brainstorming
- story board
Cons
- exporting to pdf can be glitchy
- gifs can be slow to upload
- linking to google suite
- I understand it is very pricey and may be removed from our organisation
- Its very positive for remote workers, a great place to collaborate
- Have found it useful for online training sessions as it is more engaging and diverse than a slide pack
I think so, this is my preferred way to collaborate on ideas and we have a remote team.
Confluence is ok, but I find it a bit dry. It is more structured than Miro and that can be helpful in some situations.
Nintex am not a fan of at all.
