Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Great tool for orienting ideas and enabling team members around an idea or task. The ease of use is great and plenty of features to get work done. Shared whiteboard experience is unmatchable.

Pros

  • Management
  • Whiteboard for brainstorming sessions
  • real-time collaboration is good

Cons

  • Too much options in UI, can be overwhelming sometimes
  • Pricing is on the higher side
  • Less productive time consumed
  • Better ROI
  • Better understanding between different LOBs
Really super easy to integrate
Whiteboard helps team members to be connected irrespective of their locations, which leads to better coordination and better ideas and improvements to be implemented with everyone's input.
Miro has greater stability and features than Mural.

Best suited for for orienting ideas and enabling team members around an idea or task. Shared whiteboard experience is unmatchable for sharing ideas and brainstorming sessions. Not so suited for CRM or Cx relationship management.
