Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I have been using Miro extensively over the past years both for internal planning, alignment and ideation sessions, as well as for running innovation and strategy workshops with clients. The intuitive user interface makes it easy to onboard new users quickly, and the possibility to copy templates and boards over to new projects safes a lot of time.

  • Integration of other apps for images, icons etc.

Cons

  • Exporting content from Miro boards into different formats (excel, ppt, etc.)
  • Enabled us to run a planned in-person workshop fully remote, saving travel costs
It's an essential tool in our hybrid organization, with people working together from different locations

From my experience, Miro works best for collaborative, creative work of remote teams, or running interactive workshops. Its also great to show complex processes and run through them.
