Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for both internal collaboration and external presentations. It allows for a centralized way to talk about our architectural work, whether we are in the office or at home. It also allows our consultants to share material in a meaningful way.

Pros

  • Can download images
  • Presenting
  • freeform thinking

Cons

  • Can we get arrows that do not lock to objects?
  • Sometimes boards get too overwhelmed with material so they are slow and clunky
  • Better support for PDFs that are dropped onto boards
  • Easier way to re-order presentation slides
  • More zoom
  • allows more people to build a presentation at once compared to InDesign
It has allowed us to collaborate from anywhere. If anything, it has actually hindered our in-person pinups since we are likely to use miro rather than printing out material.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

We are new to presenting directly from Miro and have had issues with that, particularly with crashes, reordering slides, and exporting PDFs of slides.
