Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I am the Design Lead at my company. I use Miro for brainstorming, ideation workshops, analysing research and creating diagrams or user flows. We also use it as a team for strategy planning as well as for our monthly marketing sessions.
Pros
- Handling big files with lots of content.
- Collaboration for many users at the same time.
- Clusters and sentiment grouping.
Cons
- Custom rounded corners for shapes
- Automatic selection of a board thumbnail is sometimes confusing if you have the same image for different boards.
- Sometimes the homepage is buggy, i cant load spaces.
- Improved our productivity and enhancing cross-team collaboration
- Saved some time for sure.
Its great for cross team collaboration! We can include everyone working remote and they seem to love using it for brainstorming and coming up with new ideas. It's rare having issues with having many users in.
