Overall Satisfaction with Miro

user flow build out and low fidelity prototype designing for our products

Pros

  • white board
  • ai flow helps
  • labels and notes
  • multiple user collab

Cons

  • tagging people and anchoring to specific call out area
  • templates are a big large and complex to comprehend from start
  • I have to draw arrows myself to point to specific places because the arrows in Miro are not very suitable/useful
  • Hard to leave comments for people on specific area of white board - similar to point 1
  • Ability to have multiple artboards on one page to keep things together but not have to deal with zooming in and out
  • All my initial design and planning ideas to communicate to designers
  • visually planning out complex flows
  • ability to share flows and thoughts with overseas teams for collab
I havent integrated with anything, didnt know I could or how I'd do it
As mentioned previously, I use it to share initial project ideas and potential layouts to uncover use cases and scenarios with my BA and designers
I have a hard time building out triangles, arrows and radius buttons in Miro which is often frustrating and makes the low fidelity look less professional

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

wireframing
quick note sharing about designs or plans

I found it difficult to use for use case and scenario writing, templates are too complex and require too much administrative and manual input to get the columns write and information fit.
