Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro for our daily standups, project discussions, and meetings. In daily standups, we track tasks assigned to every team member and update by putting comments based on dates. For project work, we use different Miro pages to put details of our discussion, and the same is referred to in the future.
Pros
- Daily standup backlog tasks and work tracking.
- Project details.
- Brainstorming using Miro pages.
Cons
- The page sign-outs have some timeouts, so if I am working on something, I might need that page again.
- When opening the page for the first time, the default cursor should not be SELECT, as I sometimes accidentally drag and drop some items if I intend to move around the page (if it is very big).
- Reduced time to maintain backlogs.
- Proper tracking of tasks.
- Improved productivity during meetings.
It has helped our project immensely. Our productivity has increased. It is so smooth to run daily standups and track tasks.
