Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I as a product manager use Miro heavily for product discovery and roadmapping. Miro allows me to map out user journeys, create wireframes, and gather feedback from clients and team members in real-time. I also use Miro boards for brainstorming sessions, visualizing complex workflows and aligning teams on product vision and priorities. Miro to make user interview summaries with interesting visualizations.

Pros

  • Miro provides good ready templates which are quite useful
  • Miro is good for teamwork
  • I like facilitation tools especially timer

Cons

  • Sometimes editing of tables, such as resizing cells is buggy
  • Enhance team collaboration
  • Enhance productivity especially for product team
We have used Miro in such cases as well when we need to share new feature ideas or do brainstorming sessions, even in retrospective meetings. It impacts positively and i like the feature of following specific user on the board a lot because it helps team members to not get distracted with other components.
I used Figma Jam boards a few times but came back to Miro because I'm more familiar with it and it feels to give more tools.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I use Miro for documentation when I need more flexibility and freedom. While some use cases could be handled with Google Docs, Miro offers much greater freedom in terms of visualization, making it ideal for creating visually rich and interactive content making connections between different components.
