Miro is the way to go for online collab!
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is a key workspace for how LEGO Group people get together online. In a world where remote collaboration is normal nowadays, having a rich, creative, and meaningful web-based platform is vital. As an Agilist promoting 'new' ways of working, we rely strongly on the offerings that Miro provides. Apart from Agile workflows, online facilitation becomes smooth, and it's the best we have tried after a face-to-face collaboration. Keep it up, Miro peeps!
Pros
- Easy platform to get started on. Unexperienced users can contribute from day 1.
- Integration options with 3rd party core business applications.
- Templates diversity and openness.
Cons
- Maybe I would like to see more push training connected to releases.
- At times the interface change, may cause some confusion to some users.
- Reduced project completion time.
- Improved (online) productivity.
Miro not only impacted our group in new projects, but it has become the go-to online collab tool for people that had been running projects/initiatives an were struggling to find "one source of truth" to understand the status quo and dynamic processes that distributed teams can rely on, regardless their time zone, etc.
Interface, integration easiness, diversity, and community templates.
