Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We primarily use Miro for brainstorming and process mapping. It provides a visually exciting format and allows us to collaborate with colleagues working from home.

Pros

  • Collaboration
  • Quick brainstorming.
  • Process mapping.

Cons

  • Sometimes, the scroll on my mouse gets stuck when zooming in rather than panning up and down.
  • The quick Post-it feature doesnt always recognize the spaces between the previous Post-its and will place a new Post-it weirdly far apart.
  • When I joined this organization, they were already using Miro, so I cannot provide an answer here.
It allows us to work between teams and locations. All our work in Miro is saved so we can return to it later. These are the primary reasons we use Miro.
Pretty similar. When I moved to this company, they were already using Miro.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I have colleagues who regularly work from home. We can work on the Miro board together remotely. However, I find that tracking sprints in Miro is inappropriate. Planning them may be fine, but then they need to be put into a more appropriate tool.
