Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Miro as a product manager, when designing workflows, diagrams and such. The business problems that Miro addresses are usually organizing workflows in a more understandable way, so all the team can understand it. Also, it helps in presenting current workflows that we have in our product (company website) and what changes we want to do, as a product manager usually I use Miro to make diagrams that show what's difference we're are aiming to.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Multiple users can edit the board at once
Can paste pictures easily on board
Can style the diagrams

Cons

Miro could provide some great templates that are easy to use
I can't align all shapes in the same size, there is no feature to do that

Return on Investment

Actually it's a more negative impact, it takes me way more time on Miro to make diagrams. Where in Lucidchart it's easier as they have already some templates that I can use
Positive thing is the whole team can work together as a team on the board
