Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro almost daily. As a SaaS company, we rely on Miro primarily for brainstorming ideas and gathering research materials. I love that it allows us to collect all types of resources in one place—screenshots, links, tables, and flows. Since we work remotely, having a platform where we can collaborate in real-time is invaluable.

Pros

  • Colaboration options in real-time
  • Lots of tools and templates
  • Easy and friendly UI
  • It is quick and reliable

Cons

  • Charts could have more options to customize (like colors)
  • Now when you want to connect screenshots with arrow, there is no option to drop the arrow over the screenshot element
  • More colors for 'Sticky notes'
  • Improved productivity
  • Helps with day-to-day work when working remotely
  • Brings the team together
Miro redefined how we ran workshops with the team when we moved to fully remote working. Nowadays, we start every new project by working out the ideas in Miro, meaning we run the whole discovery phase in Miro.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is a tool that will be ideal for collecting ideas, and collaborations. It can easily and quickly gather ideas in one place and combine them with ideas from other team members. It is also ideal for collecting your own research. Miro will work less well for making presentations. Although there are templates designed for this, there are faster tools to achieve this goal.
