Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I utilize Miro's functionality to created visual workflows and flowcharts for education and training purposes; this has been particularly useful as we are a very new startup company and I need a platform that can seamlessly create visuals for training documents that are also very easy to edit as we change our workflows.

Pros

  • AI prompt appears to work well for our purposes
  • Ease of use
  • Extensive template library
  • Free tier has a lot of functionality

Cons

  • When I am in the middle of working on a project and have to leave, it would be nice if Miro returned to the same settings that I had previously when I return.
  • Because we are a very early startup, our ROI for Miro is currently limited, but I can say that our users have enjoyed the functionality and the materials that we have created so far.
I am a big fan of the collaboration tools that can be used within the platform, from working together in real time while on a call to being able to publicly share a link for visibility purposes only.

Like I said previously, Miro is great for building materials for training purposes. I have also used Miro in the past for brainstorming sessions and bringing parking lot ideas to life with small groups and have had no issues there either. Miro is probably less suited for things like budget planning and other workflows that require hefty data input.
