Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for a variety of purposes, including organizing ideas, gathering references, and supporting project planning. There, we can centralize all the materials involved, such as texts, images, graphs, documents, diagrams, and notes, in a dynamic way that all team members can access, wherever they are.

Pros

  • It's a great place to gather references
  • For brainstorming
  • It's ideal for visualizing the structure of a project

Cons

  • The limit of free frames could be higher
  • Searching within the frame could be made easier, with visual support as well
  • Increased productivity when brainstorming
  • Allows asynchronous work
With Miro, it has become easier to collaborate on projects with the team, since we can gather information in one place, work asynchronously and from anywhere, without the need for a large internet structure.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

For me, Miro is ideal for those who want to brainstorm. Gather references, images, notes, documents, links, and more to discuss with your team. I also think it's a good space to visualize and create the structure of a project, as it has several resources for this.It can be difficult to find some items if your board has a lot of information, so it's worth thinking about the best way to use it.
