Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use it for UX work, from discussing test plans, results of sessions, through to co-designing Information Architectures
Pros
- joint collaboration
- visualisation of content
- mass content in one place
Cons
- accessibility - those with assistive needs still struggle to use it
- wireframing, Balsamiq is still easier and quicker
- most it notes sometimes give issues with word limits
- free text - issues with word limits means having to create a new free text box which can ruin numbering
- reduced in person testing for focus groups and user testing
easily discuss projects altogether on one platform
