Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use it for UX work, from discussing test plans, results of sessions, through to co-designing Information Architectures

Pros

  • joint collaboration
  • visualisation of content
  • mass content in one place

Cons

  • accessibility - those with assistive needs still struggle to use it
  • wireframing, Balsamiq is still easier and quicker
  • most it notes sometimes give issues with word limits
  • free text - issues with word limits means having to create a new free text box which can ruin numbering
  • reduced in person testing for focus groups and user testing
easily discuss projects altogether on one platform
I still use the other two for different reasons.
