Miro helps visualize your goals.
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
This activity's business processes, workflows, and roadmaps can be difficult to articulate. Miro has become incredibly important in helping me ideate and visualize this vision for colleagues and in business planning meetings. It's been so easy in meetings to use Miro boards as the source of truth and point of reference in conversations. There is no need for countless PowerPoint slides to go through when all I need is to show a single Miro board that I can talk to.
Pros
- Ability to create flowcharts using the elements.
- Ability to navigate the screen, zoom in, zoom out, and move around.
- Moving from board to board, we often create and re-create; it's seamless.
- Sharing functionality and choosing the level of access for other users.
Cons
- Moving boards from organization to organization.
- Integrations can be more useful.
- Changing ownership of teams.
- Improved productivity in helping the team be aligned.
- Implemented new process flows in 6 months rather than the planned 12 months.
When COVID sent us a remote, we chatted about how to 'whiteboard' together like we used to in the office. The company implemented Miro, and since then, it has become much more helpful than a whiteboard. You can do things not as easy on a whiteboard, like multiple people editing at once, moving, and correcting as you go, and you are not required to take a backup photo and recreate it online to share. It's helped play a role in not having to go back to the office.
