Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro for collaborative project kickoffs with clients, for interactive work sessions with cross functional groups within our design agency, and for posting and sharing iterative work before final presentations. I work at a multifunctional design studio that specializes in industrial design but also offers clients work across strategy, brand, and digital.
Pros
- Creating a space for many people to operate in simultaneously, and see instant changes
- Creating alignment on ideas and giving templates for prioritization
- Allowing others to join seamlessly even if they don’t have accounts or previous experience using Miro
Cons
- Layers sometimes hide work that has been done
- More frameworks and templates that can be used
- More features leveraging generative AI
- Quickly align on iterative work
- Use with clients for virtual workshops to bring them into our process
- Generate cost saving and revenue generating ideas for internal application
We all work remotely across many timezones and Miro allows for simultaneous and instantaneous updates. You can see tracked changes and follow the evolution of work easily. It’s great for connecting people in what used to be a conference room whiteboard or workshop into a virtual space. We use it all the time.
