Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I am a product leader who uses it for ideation and product increment planning typically. I also use it for communicating to the business and sometimes for creating a homepage from my team. Recently, I used it with a clients during a workshop to help them prioritise their needs and that worked very well

Pros

  • Ideation and brainstorming
  • Integration
  • Infinite canvas
  • collaboration
  • AI

Cons

  • PowerBI integration
  • Drawing
  • Searching
  • Speed to making decisions
  • Speed to getting people on the same page
  • Better prioritisation of the right things to do to build
I think the marketplace of integrations is good and the fact that you can have synchronisation between Mirro and tools like or is your develops where both stay up-to-date is really helpful however I think I would like a little bit more of a one-to-one mapping between fields in both sides
It has been a huge impact. Our team is remotely the US and globally and we have used it for team events and teambuilding and collaboration which has actually made my work life easier in many ways for when I was in person.
Miro stacks up very favourably against these because of the breath of integrations and flexibility that it provides it is rare that I feel there is something I cannot do in the and I can't say that to the other platforms

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Mirror is well suited for where you've got a variety of different team members and stakeholders who all engage with information in different ways it allows for a single point of access for all of the relevant information and it easily replaces the concept of a whiteboard particularly in virtual working situations
