Pros
- icons are clear/commonly used
- smart guides are great -- continuing a flow chart chain, easily align objects
- formatting options are good
Cons
- importing excel charts - format is usually hard to read
- matching text/object sizing across the page (sometimes defaults to much larger sizes)
- picking up existing formatting to match for new objects
- decreased turn around time for quick projects by allowing the team to collaborate on quick mock ups
it's been a great tool to help product, engineering and design come together for quick brainstorming iterations
they each have their own pros and cons. Miro is my preferred tool for flow diagrams
