Overall Satisfaction with Miro

The product is used for design wireframe creation and project management. It addresses the need of fast, effective product management tasks completion.
Easy to onboard new team mates, since it is easy to navigate.

Pros

  • Simplicity of use
  • Easy to connect with team mates
  • Great navigation

Cons

  • UI Design
  • Features for designers for more advanced usage
  • Less limitations (e.g.) colour limitations for sticky notes
  • $12000 Revenue generated for 3 months (project idea brainstormed in Miro)
  • %147 ROMI (Return of Marketing Investment) for project (Marketing campaign with influencers planned and timeline created in Miro)
  • Project MVP completion time reduced x3, due to Miro's simplicity and availability for untrained team members.
Miro has provided me access to the simple, effective and fast product management. Through time, a lot of team mates ended up drifting towards FigJam, I still prefer Miro.
Miro has provided access to people without particular skills of specialized softwares. Any person of any job can navigate Miro confidently after 5 minutes of usage. So, Miro has been supporting remote co-workers for sure.
Miro wins in simplicity and navigation, however loses when it comes to UI design and specialized tasks. A lot of advanced users prefer to switch to Figma since it is simplifying further process of transmitting the task to the designer.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

No

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is great for generating ideas, strategies and task timelines. Its simplicity is its USP. However Miro addresses multiple problems and caters to multiple audiences. Being simple while trying to fit all niches at the same time stops working at some point. I would consider providing addons for specialists who require more than the current Miro features have.
