For brainstorming and collaboration. Also for strategy development.

Pros

  • collaboration
  • real time work with colleagues
  • central idea repository

Cons

  • zooming in and out / scale
  • templates are okay but could be easier to use
  • increased colloboration
  • less cost in time and resources for setting up non needed calls / meets
Already commented on this. A huge benefit to using Miro.
Both are in the project mgt realm but very different and complementary. I love using both.

A great tool for tracking ideas, organizing them building upon them -- and then sharing and/or getting others to add feedback on a living document.
