Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro for teaching, training and facilitating agile concepts.
Pros
- navigation, frames,
- easy zoom in and zoom out
- color options on sticky notes
- sharing the board via a link to people outside my org
- space bar option to toggle and use the canvas
Cons
- from license point of view, in any big org it will not be feasible to assign multipole licenses due to budget constraint can you possible provide a summary every quart end on how the user interacted, how many boards were made, how many people were able to collaborate so I can show it to my management and hope to get easy approvals
- come up with some partnership program for large org like Gold, Silver, Bronze. your pre sales will know this.
- Option to create board via voice - however not sure if will pass the WSJF matrix. I don't even know if I will use it ever.
- while on mobile can you give an option to 'Focus on a particular fame' so that means that Frame's boundary will be my canvas on mobile phone. Small Screen issues...
- Allow me to minimize those icons that come over my board. Give a tray icon (which you have now as well) that will expand / collapse.
- Integration with MS Teams so that I can map the number of participants on the call and those who are not on the board. As a coach this is helpful.
- will you give me option to port my account from one user name to another? My company's domain changed and so the still using old domain signin. Not sure if i can share / manage board option to nw user name.
- Miro helps in having shared understanding of team members
Big time. all our meetings have Miro Boards to do our work. I would say all the non tech people will use Miro and techies will use their tools.
