Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We came across Miro after looking at many whiteboard options. We are a remote creative team, so it really helps us show off our work to one another, specifically for feedback and presentations. It helps our team stay in touch and communicate in a very effective way. We also love Miro's little extra features; it is really well-designed.
Pros
- Whiteboarding
- Brain Dumping.
- PDF Exports.
- Templates for Brainstorming.
Cons
- More useful AI features.
- A separate area for putting together presentations, maybe something like Prezi.
- We also use it for simple mockups and wireframes; it would be nice to make it easier to find pieces for that.
- Our team is way more efficient with it.
- Quickly able to share with outside partners.
- Improved productivity and communication.
Miro has done just what you said above; it has helped unite our team with remote workers or multiple locations. We have team members across the country, in different time zones, working different hours. It is so great that if someone finishes something before someone logs on or after someone logs off, they can leave it up with a note, and all other parties can take a look at it without having to wait for the other person to be online. We also love the sticky note feature, I think it is our most used tool, we leave sticky notes for feedback on designs and other things.
